- Meeting Bags

- Handed to registered participants, the official meeting registration bag is carried throughout the meeting and
for years following. No other bags can be distributed at ISA 2009. Attendees will look forward to receiving the
durable, classic style tote bag with your company logo and the meeting logo prominently displayed, with
their registration information and materials inside. Bag size, design, style, colors, and quantity are mutually
agreed upon by the corporate supporter and ISA. Shipping requirements and deadlines must be met.

- Referred to constantly throughout the meeting, this compact program provides comprehensive listing for
all ISA activities, pullout maps, and other information to help attendees make the most of their participation.
This valuable guide is made available to all attendees onsite. Additional recognition includes
exclusive back cover and inside cover corporate advertisements.
- Cyber Café

- Consists of at least a dozen, always busy Internet accessible computers. This service, allowing attendees
to access home and office email will be available each day during registration hours. Additional
recognition includes signage in the Cyber Café, as well as your company logo, booth number, and link to
your Web site on the screen saver for each monitor.
- Boston Maps

- A very detailed and easy to use map of Boston, provided to all attendees in meeting registration bags
to enhance their stay in the city. Additional recognition includes your company logo and booth number
imprinted on each map.
- Travel Awards

- Young Investigator Awards
Research awards will be made to recognize scientific merit and outstanding research poster presentation
by an investigator, 35 years old or less, who submits an abstract in the competition. Each winner will
receive a certificate and an award.
Hotel and Travel Grants for Young Investigators
A limited number of hotel and travel grants will be provided to young investigators, 35 years old or less,
with limited financial resources, whose abstracts have been selected for either oral or poster presentation.

- Online Itinerary Planner and Abstract Viewer

- Includes all accepted abstracts and a meeting planner to organize personal itineraries. Attendees can
access this program in advance of the meeting on the ISA website and during the meeting in the internet
center. Additional recognition includes your company logo on the program's opening screen.
- Electronic Posters on CD-ROM

- Support the collection, conversion, and standardization of posters presented during the congress into
PDF files saved on CD-ROM. Posters can be searched using key words. All posters will appear as submitted
by the authors. Collect business cards at your booth to capture leads and information interested in
receiving a CD-ROM after the meeting. Meeting bag inserts will promote the program and drive attendee
traffic your booth to drop off order forms.
